• All prices are displayed in USD (United States Dollars) unless otherwise noted.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price listed on the Site at the time of purchase.
• Product photographs represent the item as accurately as possible; however, colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and lighting conditions.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities available for purchase and to refuse any order.
• All product descriptions and materials claims are based on independent testing reports available upon request.

4. Orders & Payment

• By placing an order, you offer to purchase the selected items subject to these Terms.
• We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or description, or suspected fraud.
• Payment is processed at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
• All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure third-party payment providers.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are dispatched from China within 2–3 business days.
• Standard international delivery takes approximately 7–15 business days, depending on destination.
• A tracking number will be emailed within 48 hours of dispatch.
• Import duties, taxes, and customs fees (where applicable) are calculated at checkout and are the buyer's responsibility.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Changsha, Hunan, China.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
