Everything you need to know about delivery and returns.

Shipping. We offer free US shipping on orders over $50. Orders ship within 3-4 business days from our workshop, and typically arrive in 10-15 business days.

International. Worldwide shipping available at checkout. Duties and taxes may apply depending on your country.

Returns. Changed your mind? Return unworn pieces within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in original packaging with tags attached.

For Quality Issues (Defective or Damaged Items): "If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly provide a full refund or a free replacement, and we will cover all return shipping costs."

For Non-Quality Issues (Change of Mind, Wrong Size Ordered): "We accept returns for non-quality reasons within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Please note that for these returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable."

How to return. Email support@simonandlayan.com with your order number, and we'll send you a prepaid return label.
