Every piece we make is finished with PVD. It bonds the color into the metal instead of sitting on top of it — which is why our pieces hold up to showers, workouts, and long summers, and why ordinary plating doesn't.

So here is our promise: if your piece loses its color from normal wear, we'll replace it. No time limit.

**What's covered** - Fading, dulling, or peeling of the finish under normal wear - Discoloration that isn't caused by chemical contact

**What isn't** - Accidental damage, deep scratches, or a lost piece

- Damage from prolonged contact with perfume, hair products, cleaning agents, or concentrated chlorine - Pieces bought from a reseller rather than from us

**How to claim** Email support@simonandlayan.com with your order number and a photo. That's all we need — we'll take it from there.

**A note on care** PVD is durable, not indestructible. Take your piece off before the pool, keep perfume off the metal, and it will outlast everything else in your jewelry box.

If it fails because we didn't make it right, we'll make it right.
